I think people look too much into what program they want to do. In my opinion (which really doesn't mean much) as long as a program has you lifting weights (squats and deadlifting) along with plyos, you will increase your vertical. However, I know nothing about athletic advantage, but if it says lift and do plyos, then go for it.
