Workout #2 Tuesday February 12
Went to the rec, did about 4 easy plyo exercises. The second workout of the weak is really a joke. One of the exercises is 4 sets of ONE broad jump... I dont know why Kelly B would even make me do this but I went anyway because he's the man and I'm not. Went up for a few dunks, 1 handed felt as good as ever, 2 handed was horrible as usual. Tried 1 oop, barely got off the ground. Tried to touch as high as I can and I think I got an inch higher than ever before... but that's probably just due to luck or bad measuring, not because of the 1 workout...
Looks like I got a long way to go.
Next update coming Thursday, some deadlifts, other weights, couple of plyos
