Well, I suppose that's conventional wisdom. In most cases, that means left-right plant for a right hander doing a bilateral jump. We've talked quite a bit about it at TVS. However, when it comes down to it, you'll notice good bilateral jumpers / dunkers with both left-right and right-left plants. What is apparent though is that the two feet plant very quickly and close in time together. I think that you are better off focusing on this 'quick feet' plant. Then, focus on descending quickly and then exploding upwards.
