Default Re: Athletic Advantage

athletic advantage is split into many parts i noe there is a nutrition section and the actual program criteria is the only part i hav,tho i guess i could try n i get more

i havent actually read thro it well, just skimmed over it

ive heard its a good program and it can cater for many levels of athlete/training

the science of it doesnt go too in depth like vjb or tvp,but it summarizes it rather easier to follow

and many place it in the upper echolon of jumping programs,in par wif vjb.

all the reviews ive seen 4 it r great, they rank it very highly(im guessing, not sure,about~7.8-8/10)and recomend it

it also includes much more than needed upperbody training, however its alright for someone who is willing to do it.
