I don't know what is in the program, but if it is based on sound principles it should work for any beginner/novice. That's right, follow it to the T and look to improve you weaknesses and you should add inches easily to your vertical jump and improve your speed. But you must train consistently - so I recommend you logging down every aspect of your training. Don't look to testimonials etc too much. That's marketing. Even if TFB use the program right now it doesn't mean that the program is necessairy suitable for you. Great to elite athletes train differently than beginners and the like. That said, programs typically have different levels of sub-programs so as to cater for all levels.
If you have a program, give it a go, train hard and let the gains come. If it doesn't work, review your training log and assess where you went wrong if at all or what modifications your need etc..
