well,the thing is i can only get gym access on the weekends,all the gyms in WA hav a minimum enterance age of 16
and membership is offered to 16+ y.o
i can only get into the gym wif ma dad when he goes on the weekends coz im goin in wif an adult 'so im supervised'

.and hes working 10+hours the other days of the week so he has no time.
i am doing 2 training sessions a week 4 my upper body this includes a custom ab training program tho its nothing special.
and at home the only equipment i hav is a flat bench and dumbells+a barbell wif with weight plates tat go up to about ~50KG in total
i could change the chinups to barbell curl and do
barbell curl+shoulder press at home
pullups to back+bench press at the gym
i need something which gets the antagonist muscle to the chest,which is the upper back.
