i cant remember wat NBA player said this but wen people say "play every game like your last" they said if you play bad u still got another game right ahead of you.

but wen your nervous just play as hard as you can remember the game plan and dont worry if you mess up. the biggest mistake players make wen they make a mistake isnt the mistake they make but the next five minutes after they make the mistake they arent in the right state if mind and make more.

keep your eye on the game an you should be fine. but if your nervous before you get on the court jsut listen to hype music. the adrenaline will over ride the nervous feelings. natural to be nervous though nothing wrong with that.
