Gerald Green will defend his NBA Sprite Slam Dunk title in New Orleans next month, facing off with Dwight Howard, Rudy Gay and Jamario Moon.

Minnesota's Green is looking to become the first repeat champion since Golden State's Jason Richardson in 2002-03. Orlando's Howard was among the players Green beat out for the 2007 crown.

Memphis' Gay and Toronto's Moon will compete for the first time.

Also for the first time, fans will determine the winner, voting via text message and at NBA.com. A panel of judges will determine the finalists; those judges will have an equal vote with fans for the final.
