nop, dot drill aint the only thing. Honestly man if you wanna see your true genetic speed potential, use weights and plyometrics, ive said this before and ill say it again. I personally have dropped my 100m in 1 year from 12.1/12.2 down to low 11 seconds. the main difference was going from a 1x bodyweight squat to a 2x bodyweight squat, from a 1.2 deadlift to a 2.3~ bodyweight deadlift along with the contribution of plyometrics.

Im also pretty small (5'10) but i can outjump any1 on the court, i can beat guys over 6'6 in jump balls etc. ive only had about 4-5 months of game experience, so once i get some more and learn to harness my speed whilst dribbling and driving, ill be like devon harris or barbosa haha! cept with massive hops lol
