Novice Plyos
I did them pretty cool. It felt very good. I had a nice plyometric workout.
Novice Weights
Squat 190 lb 4x6
1 and 1/3 Squats 170 lb 2x8
Leg Curl 140 lb 4x6
Calf Raise Machine 215 lb 3x20
Good workout and Im happy about it.
