9 days isn't a lot of time. Looks like you have to become a gym rat. Start out shooting close then slowly move further until you're shooting threes. if you wanna train for stamina, don't hop onto the treadmill. do full court layups (sprinint/jogging). that trains your stamina and dribbling and lay ups, maybe you can even do a pull up jumper once in a while. if you wanna lift weights, you can but i would recommend practicing on your games more than the weights but if you have the time do some weights.
