hey i just did the workouts and it was pretty good. My legs feel ALOT stronger and explosive...Its a little like powerplyos but more advanced...lol i had to use a ladder for a certain excersise. They have some new ones i have never seen before to. But they are wicked easy to peroform and efffective. My next workout is tommorow. Then friday, then saturday..also i have a basketball game today and my team is 5-0 undeafeated and i play point i think that i will do good tonight will post afterwards.....
