James Younblood follows a double split routine almost yr around with each workout lasting 45-60min. Heres james ab workout:
1.HANGING LEG RAISES 3-4(sets)x15-20(reps)
2.TWISTING INCLINE SIT-UP 3-4(sets)x25-30(reps)
3.BENCH LEG RAISE 3-4(sets)x25-30(reps)
4.ROMAN CHAIR SITUPS 3-4(sets)x25-30(reps)
5.CRUNCH 3-4(sets)x25-30(reps)
6.CABLE CRUNCH 3-4(sets)x20-25(reps)
