it could come down to a lot of little things,jumping technique,plyo work alot more factors come inot play tat u should consider,scoping them out is the hard part
i will need to do plyo work,cause strength training alone will not get the job done,u must do both plyos+weights,but since its in season i wouldnt worry about plyo's
try doing a little vert 'extra' excersices,like the foot excersices and lower leg stuff tat gets u a few addded inches
regular stretching is also important,dont forget that
ive maintained my vert ova 2months stretching+ball and staying active
