Overall preformance I'd say is up, I'm squatting better, and honestly squatting 295 is easier now than 240 was a few weeks back. My vert though has decreased a little, on a consistant basis. Day in day out I see it a little bit worse than the vert I had at a point during my training, though better still than before I started. Basically overall preformance has stayed the same to increased, and vert has stayed the same to decreased. And that's what I'm training for
