just giv it some time and see how things go
ur body will b different depending on the circumstances and conditions its subjected too,one day ya vert may b higher than the next,its all variable
make sure ya getting enough rest,coz offcourse u will not b at ya best level, i mean ur training and in-season so ya body will b recovery from all the physcial activity it gets
ive neva come across anyone or heard of someone having decreased performance whilst training,so i dunn really noe about that
and by training decrease,how much,do u mean like a drop in vertical or overall performance?
