I'm in season, so thats 3-5 days a week, a lot of running and scrimaging. I do workouts 2 days a week, they take about an hour. Full intermediate weights from VJB except for the plyo workout in the middle. I do an addition ab workout 3 days a week. I'm sick right now but I doubt that it's overtraining. Might be though.
