how does your bball scheduale look like?
do u think u r getting enough plyometric ability through bball alone?
1-2 plyo sessions might/might not hurt
just give it some time
make sure u r not overtraining
some signs of overtraining:
unnatural tiredness
insomnia
frequent colds and infections
trouble waking up in the morning
craving of stimulants and caffeines
most gains are seen about 1-2 weeks after completion of the program
