Default Weight training and results

Okay so I would post this in my journal, but I think it got erased. Anyway last time I posted was about 5 weeks back, and I had just had about a two day span where when I warmed up I could get about 35 inches up running off two feet. Since then I've been following VJB and doing my Squats and Deadlifts (properly, I checked with some personal trainers).

Since this point I've had a couple intense workouts, which left my legs a little fatigued, I wasn't surprised that the next time I went to jump in bball my running vert was only about 32-33. Since then I have no gotten up past 33 inches, and thats after getting 3 days of rest straight. Now my Squat has gone up significantly since then, same with my deadlift. Just this past wed my sqats were at 295 and 315, deadlifts were 215 last time. This is up from about 245 and 175 respectively from my "peak vert" time.

I'm also in season so maybe my body can't react to improve plyometricly, but still, decreasing over 5 weeks? Seems like something's wrong.
