like aj said vjb bodyweight leg strength is an exceelent program (actually make tat the best) way 2 go 4 ppl who dont hav access to weights

u can also do plyos

depth jumps,skipping rope,burpees,jump squats,alternating lunges,burnouts the list is endless

gud plyo programs:
-vjb(number of pros 4 different methods)
-gmv
-athletic advantage
