Did novice weights "A" today except i messed it up a little.
I did my 3x10 squat @ 175
Then instead of doing leg curls i messed up and did barbell lunges @ 95lbs.
Lastly i did 1 leg-calf raises w/ 20lbs
Went good, i'm mostly excited about basketball though we got our rivals tommorow and we're on a 5 game win streak... Hoping next time im on here its with a W over them.
