hello members i am matt i am a strength and conditioning coach in the united states. i was reffered to streetballtalk by anthony or redsoxfan15 as you know him. i broke my leg and will be staying at his house with his girlfriend for a while until i recover.
Anyways while i have a lot of time on my hands i am custom making programs depending on what peoples goals are. remember these are basic programs with just the program and no scientific info because i will make them now based on your training needs. i am more experienced in strength training and bodybuilding but not as experienced in plyometric programs. below are basic programs i will have for sale. remember the begginer programs are very basic and meant for people with no experience for more advanced programs request a program and i will send you a question sheet to better understand your training experience.
