Default Re: VJB Beginner pylos question.

Who are you talking to? Me or skyhigh7? It said right there if with weights do plyos twice a week. This is an example:
Mon: plyos in the morning, weights/bodyweights in the afternoon;
Thurs: plyos in the morning, weights/bodyweights in the afternoon;
This is what I'm doing, and I suppose most people here do it that way.
There is a one minute rest between phases for beginner and two minutes for novice, don't know about advanced.

I'm not trying to start an arguement so please someone correct one of us, I would be glad to see the right way doing it.

There is no rest in between phases for beginner, i think this only happens in intermediate or advanced plyometrics.

Yes plyometrics are better with a base of strength, but the begginer plyometrics are used in order to build gross motor skills for jumping, coordination, agility etc. and stretngth doesent really come into play here.

krd-baller, if you got any questions on how to do any of the excercises let me know, ive done them before, ive done them the wrong way and i know how to do them correctly now.
