I have been changing my schedule depending on game days. So i thought i'd make a default schedule that i'll only change if i have a game.
Mon.-Sat. I do my dribble program religously and shoot as much as possible. I try to get 200 shots in on non game days.
Mon.- novice weights A/begginner plyo's
Tue.-Upper Body #1
Wed. off
Thur.-novice weights B/begginner plyo's
Fri.-upper body #2
Sat.- off
Sun.- off
