u have to do lots with calve raises unless ur using alot of weight, they arent a plyometric exercise or nofin. on the way down i go slow and then explode o the way up. when ur doin calve raises bring ur toes together so ur heels are pointed out and ur heels touching and ur feet apart as well as doing them normally so u work the inner and outer calves.
