Today i did week two in phase 1 of my vjb beginner plyo's, I was going to do novice weights later in the day but i had bball practice and it would be too much so im going to do it tommorow. It was pretty hard especially because im using my jumpsoles for the first half of almost all the exercises. I got a league game fri. so after i lift tommorow i won't do anything til after that, prolly lift and do plyo's sunday cuz i got a non league game sat.
Did novice weights today it was pretty hard cuz it was right after practice.
