there is no way you grew 3 inches in 3 months. I remember long ago there was a big forum about that spine stretching stuff and people would post what they do and what not and share how much they grew. People grew maybe over an inch in a year doing that stuff. I just dont beleive it for a second you got 3 inches, that means basically you could add half a foot to your height in no time, if that was possible then everyone would be doing it.
