Please Help Me!!!
I'm doing VJB Novice Weights and Novice Plyos. I do my workouts on Tuesdays and Fridays. Last Tuesday I did not do my workout because the gym was closed on Christmas. Now I did the next workout on Friday because the gym was open.
Now the gym might be closed this Tuesday because of New Year. So should I do my workout on Monday because I will be getting a two full day rest from my last workout which was on Friday?
