I am currently doing a 16 week reactive program which involves alot of sprints, plyometric, reactive based excercises.
reactive strength can also be reffered to as plyometric strength, explosive strength, elastic strength etc.

Hey that is helpful and thanks a lot...so i should be doing most my exercises for speed and not heigth like when i jump with/without weights??
