Default Re: Reactive Strength

Reactive strength is how much power/strength you can display in a minimal amount of time usualy causing the athlete to be static spring efficient athlete (eceptional athlete) if they can in fact display a good reading in terms of reactive strength. Reactive strength can be devloped through an variety of plyometric excercises, speed lifts such as speed squats/wave squats/explosive squats, jump squats, speed deadlifts, olympic lifts etc,

I am currently doing a 16 week reactive program which involves alot of sprints, plyometric, reactive based excercises.

reactive strength can also be reffered to as plyometric strength, explosive strength, elastic strength etc.

Hope you found that helpful.
