Regarding TVP's window plan and UPNs
I understand Upn is pretty much what makes your training solely for you, but im not sure how you obtain the number, Lowry explains that to obtain it you must see how many reps of the given exercise you can do, then im guessing that you go to the UPN charts and click on a number (depending on how many reps you can do?)
Correct me if im wrong on that, and also, do you have to do this for every exercise requiring your Upn number?
And for the window plan im guessing that there is not one supplement that can cover alot (if not all) of the things at once?
