Job ruining my gains
Hey guyz,
i got a job which requires me to basically stand up all day without any sittin down, and the food they provide 4 lunch is all shit...the best they got is potato wedges. Is standin around all day gonna make me lose my explosiveness in my legs?? And is diet gonna stuff up my gym, progress??
