how do you guys know if you've had a growth spurt or not? =/ everyone's always talking growth spurt growth spurt growth spurt over here (coz my friends all wanna be taller) but i dont even get how you're supposed to know when you have a growth spurt or not.

you might end up eating a little more, but you really have no idea, until like a year later when your 3-4 inches higher. You really don't notice you are growing.
