Yes calves and ankles but again the posterior chain (ankles calves hams and glutes) are probably number one to train for vert then abs lower back quads and shins.
Back 2 ur ? if you have a low vert say up to 18'' you could gain anywhere from 5-8'' if its in the 20's to 26 maybe 2-4 and a high 30+ 1-2 inches
btw its an 8 week program
