Yea, I heard someone said everyone has 6 pack in their belly already, it's just that the bodyfat covers it so you can't see it. But I think crounches help, I did them before I sleep to save time. Do you have the p90x abs and core exercises? They said the exercises are very hard but worth doing.

If you have your body fat down to about 10%-13% you should probably see your abs when you flex, 8%-below, you should see them without flexing. So you should find out what your body fat is.
