can anyone do the two moves that they showed on vol.8?

the one he does when he moves his legs bac and forth real fast and jus taps the ball to through them looks kinda hard,but i treid it and its kinda simple but i cant start it off rite

then the one he did when he was runnin when he put it between his legs then kicked it ova him,i can do that its jus that i cant kick it that far ova me it usually goes straight in the air

i was jus wonderin if any of yall had tried these tricks and if so how did yall do with em
