I did the novice weights today and im kinda sore. I had to do workout B which was the deadlifts/lunges and calf raises and i Benched too. Tommorow i do nothing but bball practice and i'll get enough rest til i go at it most likely sat. because i have tourny fri. and sat. depends what time i get home sat from the game.
Deadlifts: 155
Lunges: 75
Calf raises: 20
