j-soles with vjb maybe get u extra 2-3 inches and build ur calves and vjb get u lik 6-8 inches so i can set my goal at 10 inches for nov. weights 2x a week and beg. plos oncea week. also i better do begg. or nov on plyos. my vert is 23 and runnin 25
