also i need some upperbody workouts right now i can only bench 125 and power clean 120, i would do defrancos westside program but our high school weight room doesnt have alot of the equipment it uses.... like it has tricep machines and deltoid machines and i could do bench, squats, toe raise machine and powercleans....

If you want to know if it is really better go through the threads, we have discussed the programs over and over. One cannot conclusively judge which is the best program since people get different results from each one.
If you have VJB, I suggest you finish it first. If you are able to get a 100 posts, one of the guys here can probably send you the program. Good luck on your training.
