TVP and VJB together??? And Altitude ??
Hey i was wondering if getting rid of some of the TVP workouts from the sample program and replace it with the VJB workouts. Would that kill it? Would i get decoent results. Most of the excersises are plyometrics. They are based around my needs and stuff. Would it hurt? I would also be doing the altitude jumps. It would be something like this for week 1:
Monday:UPN Excersies, Alltitude Jumps, The Isometrics, Novice Plyos, and explosive excersies for tvp day 1.
Tuesday:Regular TVP Excersies for the day
Wendsday:Same as Monday
Thursday:Regular for TVP excersies on this day
Friday:TVP Workouts and novice workouts and altitude jumps
Saturday:Regular tvp day
Sunday:rest
That would be an exaple. They are based on what my needs are and stuff. Would this be a little too intense????
