Icy Hot. I have had tendinitis in my elbow for about 2 years now off and on. And icy hot sleeves work the best of everything. So, I would suggest getting the knee sleeves and the kind that comes in the deodorant looking container. The cream in the regular cylinder is the worst of their products. Lol, I would know.
