29' standing/running 32' went down a little because im in season

I'm in season so im doing beginner plyo w/ novice weights. I've been lifting every week just not in a specific program so i hope i can maximize my results using this. I have a really good strength base squat max: 300lb. so im doing beginner plyo's even though im in season. Planning on doing the WO on tue/fri w/ plyo in the morning and i'll lift after school.
