THURS - rest
FRI - AA

So what do you think, I haven't decided on the specifics for TVP or VJB , but I know I will do TVP plyos and VJB strength. I'm gonna also adjust the exercises a bit so as not to hurt myself, especially in Air Alert.
So I'll post my stats now and keep everyone updated:
height: 181cm
vertical: 30 inches
about 20 cm from grabbing the rim(?)

TO be able to dunk, obviously.
But at least by the end of my program lasting till February to be able to gram a 10ft rim.

Theres something wrong in what you said. you cant be 181 cm tall with a 30 inch vertical jump and not be able to touch the rim. im about 167 cm tall and i have a 33 inch running jump and i can grab the rim easy. I tihnk you meant a 30 cm vertical jump. Anyway i dont think its a good idea to do 3 jumping program at the same time because the difficulty increase every week and air alert could really kill your knees. Just do 1 at a time.
