I have a couple questions about tvp.
In weeks 3 and 4 (and 8 and 9 and 13 and 14) do you change the weight and rest times? Obviously the UPN changes but I mean the weight exercies. In week 1 its 60 secs rest, and in week 6 its 40 seconds rest. So in week 3 and 4 should I change the rest time to 50 seconds? (Thats what makes sense to me but just makin sure)
And what about the pool workouts. Is there a rest time in there or do you just do them as fast as you can?
