Default flashs VJB journal

Hi guys, I'm starting vjb beginner plyos and beginner strength today and I haven't done much training in the past just a few weeks of air alert that really didn't do anything. I hope I can stick with it the whole day and I will be doing plyos after school and strength training at 9, I get home at 3. I will be doing these exercises monday and thursday. I hope to get 2-4 inches in the first month sense I have a low vert(23 or 24). Wish me luck and any helpful tips are appreciated!
