Today was my first workout. I feel the burn in my hamstrings and quads the most. My calfs don't hurt that much but my groin hurts like crazy! I don't know why though and my ankles are really stiff. Today's workout:
Squat = 90 lbs
Leg Curls = 100 lbs
Calf Raises = 20 lbs
