its safer on carpet i think but i think aa isnt safe at all so i guess it doesnt really matter where u do it. u might not get hurt but there is a big chance u will. y wuld u do something that is harder than vjb, gets u injured and gives u less gains than vjb or athletic advantage or whatever. i think u should have a big think about it
