Heck, since you've actually read that most people here are averse to doing Air Alert, why are you still doing it? I just think that if you can get the gains that you want using a safer vertical leap program like TVP, VJB, Athletic Advantage, etc.
Oh yeah, my opinion on the injuries come after time not necessarily while you're doing the program. In any case, if you're persistent, I would be interested if you still want to push through with it. Can you make a journal so we can track your progress? If you get significant gains, then well and good. However, if you get injured then I guess that's the price you pay for the gamble.
