i dont get you people. you say you've read every thread posted related to Air Alert. if you really have, then you wouldnt be stupid enough to understand what every post has been trying to say. DONT DO THE DAMN THING.
dont get stupid and do what i did. "oh im not gonna get hurt, i've never had any problems with my knees." coz that's exactly what i thought when i read all the posts that said air alert causes injuries.
then i also said, just like you "ill stop at the first sign of knee pains". what did I realise? you dont feel any pain til you stop doing it, when you figured you've just weakened your knees so much you'll regret it.
i know from experience. i completed 10 weeks of air alert, and i stopped on the 11th week when i realised my knees werent the same. now i've got osgood schlatters and my knees are prone to injury, aka weak.
you also said "i feel like im gambling at a casino and need every advantage possible". if you can get better, PROVEN programs like VJB, why the heck would you need to take a stupid gamble which is obviously against you?
i hope that's pushed through your head by now.
