Doing Air Alert, full aware of risks- any advice?
Hi guys, I'm new here, I've read through every post related Air Alert, and found it to be devastating to most people. However I want to attempt this program even if it means quitting at the first sign of knee pain (which seems to be what happened to most people). I feel like I have a better chance because I have very strong knees (never had problems) and I've done high volume high intensity plyometrics during the summer and fall (ex. 25 40m sprints and 15 reps, 8 sets of squat jumps), and quite desperate for some hops
Do you guys have any advice on minimizing the risk? I feel like I'm gambling at a casino and need every advantage possible. For example, the pdf that I was given does not contain information on warming up/cooling down. Also, would doing this on a carpet be the safest method, or should I go on the grass? Can i still lift and do sprints before/after an air alert session?
